Planning submitted in Colston Bassett! 13.07.21

We’re excited to have submitted a planning application for this mid-century inspired new dwelling within the grounds of an existing property in the Vale of Belvoir. The pavilion form, green roof and landscaping have been designed to minimise the visual impact on the existing property and provide privacy to both dwellings.
